I've just had a barney with my 4 year old who was trying to wear his 'favourite' yellow pants.  I made it very clear to him that:

(a) those are not his favourites; and
(b) we don't wear yellow on a Saturday anyway, under any circumstances.

Suitably chastened, he's now wearing red.

Well done Ardiles, your actions this morning may well have saved us from a guaranteed defeat  Smiley

Notts County's home form is worse than ours so no doubt we'll lose today

Yeah I have a feeling the stats will reverse today as well as we have won 5 of our last 6 on the road. Here's hoping it's 6 from 7 though.

Dont often beat Notts County away but form suggests today will be the day, so lets be confident and go for 2-0 / 2-1.

Now that's parenting!

Bollocks, if he were a decent parent his son wouldn't have yellow clothes in the first place Wink

As for the game, hoping that their poor home form & our good away form continues & that we come home with 3 points

Indeed.

To say that yellow pants should not be worn on Saturday suggests it's OK to wear them on other days of the week. Very irresponsible if you ask me.

What if they are his favourite pants to soil himself?

we've been to Aberdeen, we hate the Hibs, they make us spew up, so make some noise,

There's an awful lot of optimism for this one.

Me too

2-0 loss.

Form always seems to get turned upside down in these games when there should be an obvious outcome (e.g. Leyton Orient taking away our unbeaten home record).

Just got in the pub, (The Riverbank) which is just found the corner.
Plenty of Town fans about, feeling strangely optimistic.
