Interesting side note, Fanta was invented by the Nazis. Kind of.

Throwing bottles at football matches is not always a spur of the moment thing and happens regularly, and like you say it would be a waste of good fanta.

Just seen that, this draw has made it easier to forget going out last night. Leeds v Chelsea will be lively.

Seen Connell tweeting about playing Arsenal, fair play to him and good luck to Bradford! (I think they'll get hammered though!)

Villa struggled to get a point at home to Norwich last weekend so they've got their work cut out if they are going to beat them at Their place in the Quarters. Pleased for Bradford, obviously Arsenal will be clear favourites now to get to the Semi's, who'd of thought that after being four down at Reading last night !

I will definitely watch the Arsenal/Bradford match if it gets picked for television, it bloody better. Nice little earner for them. Happy for Connell, he's been instrumental in knocking out Wigan twice in the cup now!

agbonlahor was booed before any goals were scored by quite a few in the town end - no idea why - so you can sort of see why he 'gave it the big one' - also what paolo did at the end may well be seen as worse by the villa fans. austin used to do it all the time and he was loved for it.
basically - if it's for your club you love it, if against you hate it.

It wouldn't have worked like that, apparently we would have got Bradford as the teams were allocated ball numbers alphabetically. I'm little gutted by that

We would have been drawn at home to Bradford

Haven't posted since the game and whilst I was impressed and proud of the Town team, I think a lot on here have got some pretty big rose tinted glasses on. Possession means fuck all if you don't take advantage of it and we didn't. Villa looked to me like they could step up a gear or two, but they didn't need to for much of the game as we weren't doing enough with the ball when we had it. Saying that, we could've won towards the end and when our equaliser went in I was going mental! Brilliant game to watch and we did ourselves credit again, against higher league opposition. I hope the game spurs on the team to replicate that performance in the league; it may not have been enough against Villa (Just), but against League One opposition we'd run away with it!
Totally agree with this.
