Got home on Saturday after the game to find the house electrics had tripped... Reset the whole lot but had no phone or broadband... Turns out lightning had struck the exchange 20 yards do the road and knocked out about 15 houses inthe village... Engineer has been booked for next monday... I never realised how dependant I was on my broadband connection... It's going to be a very loooooooong week.

The only link to the outside world I have is a shitty non 3G iPhone signal...
