I'm always intrigued by this - how so many memebrs of this deem it appropriate to contact Wray, Watkins etc just because they support Swindon.

I bank with Natwest but I don't email Stephen Hester every time I have a quibble.

Curious.

To be fair to him, he does respond to most requests or at the very least redirect them to someone who can help.

I guess it must become tiresome redirecting mails when you have other more important stuff to do!

Well I thought someone on here would know ,thus why I asked here.

My son is in intensive care & the club have always been good. Sometimes contacting the tea lady doesn't go far enough.

Not really a reasonable comparison though is it, Natwest have tens of thousands of employees and a department and helpline for everything. Swindon Town is a much smaller operation with much more limited departments...it'd be more like emailing the local branch manager, which I think most people would actually do.

You'd be surprised at the amount of people in this country who do take this approach regardless of the size of the quibble and/or company.
