Although I do buy the argument that using colour as a part of verbal abuse/insult does not necessarily mean that they are racist. Just an observation, followed by subsequent abuse?
Example:

yes, but I believe he was charged with using racial abuse though, not 'being a racsist' If calling someone a f**** b**** c*** isnt racial abuse...then what is... I also understand terry was quoted as working with various black people which therefore means he doesnt have racsist tendancies. No, that just means he is a confused, stupid, thick, khunt. |

It wasn't him who reported it to the police intially, it was a member of the public. Meh, this story doesn't bother me one bit. If he was guilty he would've been fined and that was it. |

It just seems like a colossal waste of public money, and time just for this. It's blatently obvious when you look at the video, I read somewhere (could've been on here) that he was being sarcastic? how the fuck can someone be sarcastic with those sort of comments? If it was say our very own Ferry who said that he'd have the fucking book thrown at him. This is just a joke and Terry is a massive cunt.

JT then thinks he's being accused of calling AF a Black c***
JT says something along the lines of "I didn't call you a Black c***, knob head" which is picked up by camera
AF then sees video back and accuses JT of racist abuse
JT says that he thought AF accused him of saying that and just repeated what he thought he heard
This is in response to LS's post and how I think the Jury saw it.

Yeah, I understand that's Terry's defence, but the magistrate seems to have dismissed that in his write up, yet then concluded he should be found not guilty. Doesn't make sense. |
