Fuck me i know how 4D feels

I keep getting getting the following pop up on my screen

'Host process for windows services has stopped working'
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available.

My internet carrys on as normal but this pop up is coming up every 2 mins.In short wtf is it and could a kind soul help me kill it

Open Windows Update to check for and install Important and Recommended updates.

In the left pane, click Check for updates. If any updates are found, click View available updates.

Sounds like you may be infected with spyware do a scan first

Probably a virus that's partially fixed but causing svchost to crash.

Try malwarebytes, if that doesn't pick anything up download a program called hijack this and post up the results.

 Cheers sam just running a scan that detected a Trojan so will give that a quick go. used that super anti virus that si suggested
