I've dropped 2 stone in the last 3 months just by playing football, albeit 4-5 days a week (for 2+ hours a day)
My diet has changed a bit, (no more snacking at night before bed) But not a great deal.
Exercise is essential for weight loss.

Eat nothing but fruit and drink nothing but water for a week. I haven't tried it for a whole week but I've done it for 2 days, lost about 3/4 pounds.

I doubt you did lose it though, I bet you body fat was almost exactly the same but you had less in your stomach.

Slow and steady wins the race, about 2lb a week is ideal.

Well it'll work over a week won't it, because long term you calories will be greatly reduced. Just saying 4lbs in 2 days is likely to be false amount..

actually no go on, I want to see if you pass out before day 7, or whether you lose 10lbs in a week and don't need medical attention Smiley

My reasoning is that surely by just eating fruit you get all the vital vitamins you need but without all the calories? Alcohol will give me the carbs I need. Water will keep me alive.
