Instructions:
- Extract the Samdy Gray's FM2012 thetownend.com Extravaganza Update v1.0.xml file to C:\Users\*User*\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\editor data
- Extract the graphics folder to C:\Users\*User*\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\ If you already have a graphics folder, just drop it inside

Database changes:
- thetownend.com team starting the 2011/12 season from the Blue Square Bet Premier
- Franchise deleted, Fleetwood promoted to nPower Football League Two and AFC Wimbledon promoted to nPower Football League One to even out league places
- Sugar Daddy (Background) enabled
- Player stats (e.g. tackling, heading, pace) set where requested, else generated by the game
- Player preferred moves set where requested
