Well, here’s the question and answer posed at today’s press conference

‘Why all the secrecy surrounding Doyle's loan agreement - recall or no recall clause. These things are usually made clear and made public. For example, Jack Wilshere's season long loan at Bournemouth does not have a recall option. I don't understand the reason for keeping this secret.’

‘I'm not sure there is any secrecy per se, Doyle's loan will have a recall clause - as most do - and there are no plans for Bradford to recall him.

Though there will be a review period in January, so only time will tell. But as I understand it, Town fans have no reason to worry about Doyle heading back.’

Keshi out for up to 6 weeks

Bugger, that's a blow. Although probably the right thing to do, it does seem he needs an extended period of rest rather than constantly having the odd game off then coming back in and breaking down within 30 mins or so

Tbh, the way he had to be virtually carried off on Saturday, I’m pleased it’s ‘only’ 6 weeks.

When’s Isgrove back?

With both Isgrove & Keshi out it has to be 433/451 as we don’t have any other genuine wide midfielders. Yates is going to have to get used to playing out on the right for a while

Similar to Keshi - both 6 weeks.

According to Wellens, we’re going 442 Saturday - very un-Wellens like to announce the system this early.

Guarantee it’ll not be 442!

Ha - or because it’s the FA Cup he’ll experiment to see if DJ and Woolery can work as wide midfielders in a 442? They aren’t midfielders though so can’t see it working for long/at all

Actually it’ll be Doughty left mid won’t it? And either moving inside or dropping to LB to allow Donohue to move into crossing positions. Get the idea but not sure it gets close to playing to the strengths of Doughty who can cut open any team in L1 or L2 if played at no. 8 and backed

And with that, so do our chances of automatic promotion. For now  Hmmm

I love that you thought of me but it is affectionate reference to our beloved TEF leader; Sir Reginald of Smeetonshire.

Bradford is Patrick's first real stab at pro football so is likely to not be on a high amount anyway. Barnsley took a punt on a non-league player, didn't work out. He signed for Bradford, managed to earn himself a 3 year deal?! Not sure what McCall was taking that day but hey-ho. Hasn't featured properly since his first season and has already been out on loan before. Assume the loan to Wrexham is purely to get him some games in time for the transfer window? Obviously not part of Bowyer's plans. His current deal runs out when next season starts. Even so, I would be surprised if he's on more than £5k pm. Doyle is on about £20k pm so they'd still need to do a bit more shuffling in regards to FFP Cap.

‘It is understood that all but one of Town’s five year-long loans have a recall period of just a few days while an unnamed player could be brought back at any time during the January transfer window.’

I’ve lost track on who we have on loan - Yates, Doyle, Benda, May year long (who is the 5th)

Grant loan until January
