Sometimes Reg I do genuinely feel you really want us to be relegated.

Reg wrings his hands so much that he still has one of these from his youth to assist the process

Ooh a mangle. Monday was washing day, as a little un it was quite exciting to challenge yourself to turn the crank. Mother knew best though and took on the responsibility.

I'd offer Thompson a contract and tell the rest to do one.
Perhaps offer JSW something short term.

Vigs, Henry and Conroy worth keeping from those under contract. Get rid of as many of the rest as possible

Tom Smith could be useful in L2, where's our Waterford correspondent gone to give us an update?

Yeah, heard positive things about Tom Smith - he'd be worth a contract too

Branco, JSW & Iandolo are the ones from the out of contract list that I feel are most likely to be here next season. I'd like to keep hold of Thompson, Obika & Tom Smith aswell but think these 3 are unlikely to stay. An interested Kasim would also be a no brainer but his heart hasn't been in it for a good 2 seasons now. Hopefully Barry, BOO & Anton are released & we can find a buyer for Connor Thomas  On a side note what has happened to Jordan Young?

The only tiny positive from this shambles is that we should start next season without the usual untried CB pairing - if Branco stays, of course. Him and Conroy would be decent in L2. Goddard should be more at home down a league, too - maybe even Norris.

I do hope that when Vigs is sold we don't rely on Henry as No. 1 - he's not ready yet.

I think it depends on our style of play next season and who's in charge. You quite often see a player improve markedly under a different gaffer. (This obviously doesn't apply to Thomas, who should be fucked off now).  I'd like to have seen a little more of Stewart, think there's something there...

It's certain that the likes of BOO etc will not be able to find another league club, and as such Power may be able to pick them up on a reduced contract... sort of thing that will appeal to him.

Stewart probably needs to go back to NI for the good of his career/life.

Of those out of contract, I'd like to see us keep:

Ellis Iandolo - still got plenty of potential
Jon Obika - obvious
Raphael Rossi-Branco - worth keeping as a reasonable backup option
Jamie Sendles-White - he and Conroy would be a good pairing with Branco as backup
Tom Smith - cos he's, like, the saviour and we would have stayed up if he'd not gone to Waterford
Nathan Thompson - mixed about this, I think perhaps his time here should come to an end

imo Thompson needs to move on for his own good. his career will never make him a millionaire, but he deserves better than this.

Tom Smith was next the saviour. He does however have fire in his belly and a bit of desire. he'd be a much better option off the bench than serial failures like Rodgers and Kasim. Don't even get me started on Thomas, who send to think every match is a mannequin challenge.

I'd keep Smith, branco, iandolo

maybe stewart and jsw if fit.
