With good injury management hopefully we can get Troy back to fitness, its a big ask though as it was bad injury.

If he can get back to fitness then he may become the player I always though (hoped) he was going to be for us.

I remember the first time I saw him, he stood out in a pre season game vs Weston.

Henville is a man mountain and can dribble and run with the ball, good in the tackle and good distribution...made only 1 slight mistake which cost us a corner otherwise was excellent.

I really rate him too, shame about him only being able to play one game a week.

Troy is class, hope he can get fit and stay fit. He's still only 25 so time is on his side.

Troy is a bit of a cult hero and his recent performances coming back after a bad injury have been very impressive (including a laugh out loud booking against Oldham).

I hope JMAC and Troy stay but I suspect we are going to have to offer them reduced terms which unfortunately might see them in non-Town colours next season.

Its a shame we can't use PDC's top class injury specialists as it seems both Troy and JMac have had backstreet operations from Bob in Eldene for a couple of hundred quid.

Wasn't the issue that PDC's 'top class injury specialist' wasn't so 'top class' after all?

Seemingly I can't wait until the seasons end to raise these questions but this time next month it'll be all over for another campaign.

Looking at whos's contract is expiring, I'm quite reassured by who are contracted beyond the summer.

Out of Contract: Summer 2014

James McEveley
Troy Archibald-Henville
Nile Ranger (we have that option)

Alex Smith
Raphael Rossi Branco
Jack Barthram
Dany N'Guessan

Lee Cox
Andy Williams
Paul Benson
Alan Navarro

Connor Waldon
Leigh Bedwell
Mark Francis
Alex Ferguson
Aaron Oakley
Kayden Jackson

Harry Agombar

I expect we'll do all we can to keep Ranger on the straight and narrow. McEveley will be offered reduced terms.

Alex Smith will probably be offered a new contract. Not sure about Branco and Barthram.

I think pretty much everyone else will go.

Thoughts please TEFers.

(I've probably missed someone out. Congratulations if you point that out)

Didn't Ward sign a new contract during the season to reduce his wage but extend the term?

He did indeed. A correction straight off the bat, well done.

Do you have an opinion on who we should keep?

Ward is under contract until the end of the 2015 season.

Barthram for sure. Can't understand why he's not had more game time.

Lee Cox and Alex Smith, too.

Be nice to keep JMac, Troy and Ranger

If possible I would keep -

JMac
Troy
Ranger
Smith
Barthram
Lee Cox

And the best 1 or 2 of the youngsters (can't really judge as haven't seen them)

Realistically I think only Alex Smith, Barthram, Ranger, Cox and some youngsters will be retained. Would maybe offer Ward a new player/coach contract with the coaching side given greater precedence.

I think we will offer reduced terms to Jay Mac, Troy and probably Cox.

Alex Smith, Barthram and Branco will all get offered 1 year extensions I think.

Ranger will be offered a new deal.

Out of the youngsters I am not sure but with Ferguson, Waldron and Francis being on the bench this season then I think they will probably all get new deals.

The rest I don't think will be with us next season. N'Guessan, Williams, Benson, Navarro, Bedwell, Oakley, Jackson & Agombar will all be freed.

I've not seen anything of Lee Cox so can't comment on his ability bit he's a Black era signing and surely on too much to be a potential fringe player?
