Wheres it stated Rodgers is staying then?
Think he's missed the bit about this not being the final free transfer list. Let's face it, one thing Chang isn't is 'in the know'.

With the possible exceptions of Vigs (who will leave anyway but for a fee) and Conroy I shed no tears at any player being released they are all replacable which I am sure Power has lined up several already.

I think first signing will be Alex Davey from Chelsea either on a contract or season long loan.

Most of this seems like tokenism.

Did Yaser fall out with LW or something?

Can't see most of those signing.

A U-turn on Branco? Or maybe erroneous reporting from the adver? Maybe the new boss having a say?

Rodgers released.
Today is a good day. Had a horrible feeling we'd sign him up as an 'option' now we're in League 2.

Or maybe erroneous reporting from the adver?

It's from the club: http://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/nathan-thompson-among-five-to-be-offered-new-deals-3720132.aspx

I was referring to the adver article the other day that said he was not being offered a deal.

Ah right, possibly but also could be that Power / the new manager changed their mind
