If any of you are getting the choo choo then after you get to Paddington. Get to st pancras and get the new southeastern high speed train to Gillingham. 45 min quicker then the slow bitch from charing x or Waterloo east. Make sure you ask for plus high speed when u get your ticket though. The train uses the Eurostar line and it's the dogs bollox. They go every 30 min and is so much better then the other option. Unless you like really slow trains.

Is that ticket not likely to be more expensive then?

Does sound quicker but having looked it up appears to be only 10 mins quicker than going from Victoria. Only about £3 more though so not bad.

A poser that one.

I am not sure which train we have. It was booked a couple of weeks ago.

Knowing the tight git, it's probably the cheapest going

Pretty sure my train on Friday goes paddington, tube to pancreas and then to Gills (only a tenner) and back again on Sunday for £12.

2 and a half hours i think each way

My wife used to live in Gillingham when she was younger, she says the train station is not far from the ground at all.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Football ground guide suggests it's a ten minute walk.

The high speed one is a few quid more but well worth it. Also more seats on these trains. Also the thrill of going 130 mph. It's the only way we traval to London now.
Come out of the station. Turn left and it's 5 min walk to the away end.

Cheers for the tip Medway. Not trying to be a funny cunt but if it goes 130mph how come it still takes 45 mins. Must piss around alot in between.

It goes fast whilst on Hs1 then after ebbsfleet it goes on the slower lines. Well worth a go in my opinion.
