Sells the best Lardie Cake. Cake shop at the back of Oxford Corner. Was great for a Bikers day out.
After that, there is nothing to commend the place.

Go there on the occasional Sunday to have a kick about on the beach/mud and give the springer a good run. Weston has been over run with brummies for a few years now but friendly enough.

not been there for years, remember going to outdoor swimming pool in summer when i was younger is that open or is it shut? the pier was awesome as well those were the day  |

not been there for years, remember going to outdoor swimming pool in summer when i was younger is that open or is it shut? the pier was awesome as well those were the day I remember going to the tropicana ( think thats what it was called ) it was great in its day but has been shut down for years. Think they are now just going to flatten it as any new plans for it that come in seem to get rejected.The outdoor pool up near the old pier is still there though. |

Do you remember the flumes they had in there. The joints between each bolted together section had a step in them and remember peeling half my skin off in grazes going down them. |
