Heading up to London tomorrow morning to make a weekend of it.  Managed to get tickets for Harlequins v Bath at the Twickenham Stoop tomorrow then staying at the Wembley Hilton on Saturday night.  Nice breakfast and a swim on Sunday morning then head out to Wembley to dish out the Italian flags to our other "warriors".

This weekend may well be summed up by "loadsa pints!".

This.

Thinking of taking our 25ft flag but don't know if the Wembley clowns will let us put it up anywhere. Kids are madly excited

Hopefully you are in the top tier, then you could hang it over the top of the prawn sandwich munchers (sorry Batch Smiley ).

You'd think they might be able to make an exception for a game like this one.  There are going to be over 40,000 empty seats on Sunday.

Only that would require a modicum of common sense, not something associated with the FA.

You might be able to hide the flag but will struggle to hide a drum as they are also banned.

I'm only in the £46 seats, we get slightly crusty cheese and cucumber sandwiches. Its the £60 ones where the good prawn is.

'course you might accidentally mess with Paolo's "family" if you attack the £60 seats, and the Thames is a bit close..

I know but Wembley rules state that " unlicensed Musical instruments, Drums and Trumpets are prohibited " the Sheffield lads in the Band must be Licenced. Your right about the flag size, its 250cm around eight foot but no bigger.

Bit late now, but according to OS:

To be honest not sure how a drum is going to make things better anyway, we don't use them at home to start and join in with songs so can't see where it's going to fit in. Someone aimlessly banging a drum is just going to drown out the singing.

on the other hand, may keep the happy clappers in time on the 'paolos red and white army' or the 'red army' charts....history as shown, unassisted the Town end always speed up and ruin the songs...
