Garde Champetre @ 9/1 in the next for me please ....

On the upside up bookmakers are delighted with Hurricane Fly going belly up ...... :-)

Looks like there will be a 1/2 favourite in the 4.40 as well.  That going belly up to would be lovely jubly!

Not into horse racing that much but how Balthazar King wasn't favourite for that race was beyond me. I went to the December Cheltenham meet and Balthazar King would have won the cross country that day had it not been taken the wrong way at the final turn. He looked immense.

So I backed him today, on the nose, as ew betting (at those prices) is for women, confident he'd have another good run.

A good day today.
Had Montbazon in the first at 15/2 E/W with Skybet and they paid out on 5 places. (finished 4th)
Backed Al Ferof with Paddy Power for the Arkle and they went money back if Sprinter Sacre won. He did, so that was a free bet.
Hit the back of the net with Rock on Ruby at 11/1 E/W in the CH and followed that up with Balthazar King E/W at 6's.

Tomorrow's fancies:

1.30 Allee Garde               11/2      E/W
2.05 Batonnier                  8/1       E/W
2.40 Grand Crus                11/8     Win
3.20 Sizing Europe            10/11    Win
4.00 Act of Kalanisi           14/1     E/W
4.40 Vendor                     4/1      Win
5.15 Horatio Hornblower     12/1     E/W

I had Cotton Mill aswel was looking good for at least a place. Need Grand Crus/Seizing Eurpoe double to come in now, doubtful though, surely the first four favourites won't all win?
