If someone knows what satellite they are using for beam back it may be possible to manual tune your sky box for it.

It'll be a closed system similar to the one broadcasters like Sky and the BBC use to transmit the feed back to their offices.

Not necessarily, a lot of the time they are transmitted in the clear

I could search for the feed with my box, but I really couldn't be arsed
