well i don't really see what a suicide bomber who hurt himself a bit is doing going to casualty, unless he though they would patch him up to have another go.
If its anything like the last time, you can guarantee the news reports are over exagerated by factor of 2 - lets hope that thats the case and nothing really has happened more than a couple of chavs chucking fireworks about.
It doesn't sound like the work of suicide bombers. One is reported as chucking a bag on a train as the doors shut and then ran away.
