Barnard has a point actually, a price rise like this should really come with more than a month's notice, and it wouldn't have cost the club anything to put this out at Christmas, would it?

Surprised at such a high rise, would of prefered if we went up £50 this season and £50 next season, but we've been spoiled with recent prices so not too shocked, still a decent price compared to other teams.

I can't see why the deadline has to be so soon either.

Gary Rose said he has a Q & A with Nick Watkins on Monday about Season tickets so should get more info then, was asking people to tweet him with suggested questions if theres anything specific people want to know..

I've asked why there's so little difference between side stands and Town End, and about the short renewal period around the same time as Wembley. I've also asked how many tickets the board expect to sell, as it sounds like there'll be an inevitable drop in sales quantity, if not revenue.
Not that any of these affect me, but they're important questions.

What Gary Rose just tweeted if anyone is interested. A key change is the closure of the Club Red scheme while half season tickets will not be offered

Eh, wasn't expecting half season but that is annoying. Don't suppose there's a student on here who'll be wanting a season ticket until Christmas by any chance?

Dunno, have a season ticket. Didn't realise they were that expensive on the day.

Very very disappointed at this and surprised at the Board, who have been so good in general. I appreciate we may have been paying under the odds in comparison to other clubs, but this rise in one hit is far too much.
Expecting people to commit in a month when we have an expensive day out to Wembley is an absolute joke imo. What is the price after this?
This will potentially affect the number of people who go to Wembley and is certainly going to put people off renewing and new people joining up. Who's to say we'll keep hold of Paolo if we get promotion anyway? For all we know, it could end up being £90 more to watch a similar load of crap to last season.

I don't think there's much to justify your first point. We can't complain at paying the going rate simply because we've been offered bargains the last few years. The point about the short deadline is valid though, seems very unfair to expect people to find money that quickly, and paying in installments works out more expensive.

Last season it cost us £616 for our ST's once card fees & postage were taken into account. To renew next season will be nearly £1000 including feess & postage.
