A lot of people keep their match day tickets from Wembley, a Split scarf is just something to remember the day.

That's why I bought the Millwall one. I hate it though.

Apparently they now produce those split scarves for pretty much every Premier league game nowadays. (Whoever 'they' are).

No idea who buys them. Noticed they had them at Leicester in the FA Cup too. Was gutted to see a lad in a Town shirt had bought one!

Definitely something I have never understood in my life. Why waste half a perfectly good scarf especially on a team you don't like?

I could understand the reasoning in buying one of those half/half scarves, if you had the game down as a draw in your accumulator.

Swindon/ Lazio is ok then but not shitty Chesterfield, now we are beginning to sound like Leeds fans.

I talked to him after the Brighton playoff semi defeat, the day after the Monkey Hangers lost to shitty. IIRC the Hartlepool thing came about as something obscure like "heard  agame they won on the radio" or "saw them beat...." rather than any family connection  up there.
