Its one of the few certainties in life. On line tickets agencies will crash and people wanting tickets will wonder why they didn't do anything when they know there is going to be a rush.
They don't do anything because they are shit. You just have to reach a zen like state of calm and accept that this is the way its going to be. Some serious buddist shit going on in this house at the moment.

Sales easily could have been spread with those in the office manning the phones whilst other staff issued tickets from the hatches.
