Has it actually been confirmed anywhere that we have the Green Man?

One of the other posts ref coaches mentions that they're already booked in.

Apparently we've hit the 7,000 mark at COB today (according to official STFC on twitter)

Chesterfield were at 15K earlier today, they've been going longer.

Of course it matters that we take more than them Smiley .

I know we've got ages to sell the tickets but I thought we'd exceed 10k today.

I'd imagine it'll be fairly slow for the rest of the week. Some people will say "I have a ST so no rush". Others will be waiting for general sale to book big groups with friends. Expect it to creep up to 10k then a flurry of sales before and after they go on general sale.

243 row 1. Nearish the singing sections and hopefully front row for the kids.

Pus I can spit on all the people in the cheap seats down below.

7,000 and only Wednesday, why the hell does Isaacs say the Swindon box office couldn't handle the amount of calls coming through, he reckoned the ticket people had 7,000 calls from Swindon fans on Monday alone!!

Booked ours in Block 136.

We touched on this before, I know, but hope everyone recognises the inherent contradiction in:

  (a) willing a big Swindon following in a thread like this; and then
  (b) moaning like buggery when lots of part-timers show up on the day.

My wife will be coming to her first game in about 7 years.  Frosty reception initially when I broke the news that we were playing at Wembley on our wedding anniversary.  And problem solved about 24 hrs later when she suggested herself she would come as well.  Everyone a winner.

Are you able to select the row you would like when buying them online, or does it come up with random selections?

I have been warned off buying online by friends.  The website doesn't sound as if it's up to it.  Plenty of folk telling the same story in the Adver as well.  I would phone up and speak to a human being if you can.  They were very helpful when I booked my tickets earlier, making sure my tickets were immediately in front of friends/family who already had theirs.

You get a selection of block numbers and row within the block numbers. You then select the tickets you want. concessions appear when you select an adult tickets (Huh?!)

But the website is shoddy. I was trying to use two season tickets to buy 6 seats (2 lots of 3), it was completely unclear whether we would be anywhere near each other in the same row.

The Mrs ended up phoning. Seems quiet now but if you don't have an ST then I guess it may be busier next week. There won't be a shortage of tickets, but I guess the choice will reduce a bit.
