Have a look at www.oddschecker.com and it will compare what odds every firm is offering.

Who would you recommend for a decent free bet

Or would I be better going to my local bookies?

It's entirely plausible that Peri doesn't know what Skybet is, or how to visit their site to check said odds.

Here we go again. Cue more abuse. Bring it on. I've had a shit day, so just give me a little more.

Skybet doesn't tell you the odds for mere promotion next season.

Well, Skybet are offering 10/1 for us to win League 1 with a quarter odds for promotion - so 5/2

Crap odds in my opinion - I wont be betting on us unless I can get 16/1 minimum

I think I am going to back France for Euro 2012.  Drawn in Englands group which should be a gimme. Also some decent players like Benzema, Ribery and Nasri.  Normally I would back the Germans at all major tournaments but they are no price at all.

What odds for England NOT to get out of the group? Usually Bookmakers in England give shit odds for England to win the whole tournament so would be hoping that they would be pricing this with St George Cross specs on.

Thanks. France will wallop us, we rarely beat Sweden and although Ukraine are no good, they are at home so will have some sort of advantage. 7/2 looks tempting enough.

You get the shit odds because of the patriotic punter!  And the bookies having to react to this on the off chance England pull something off.

I remember Pre World Cup 2006 I was in Germany and England were virtually double the price they were in England!

I think for a long shot I might back Roman Pavluyenchenko for top goal scorer.  In a group with poland and Greece so a chance to rack up a few so worth a punt e/w at 40/1

Not a footy tip but a sauce of mine (he owns a coupe of nags and has the ear of his trainer) is all over April Fool in the 3.40 at Chester, around 8/1.

I've backed £20 e/w so it's bound to do nothing now!
