Wray just said on the radio that we made an offer to sign Jervis on a permanent deal but it was rejected and the they had already lined up Preston's loan offer so he could play in a higher division.

Phew, lucky escape then, don't think Jervis is the answer to our prayers. Wish him well though

I managed to rope 5 others (most of the team working today) in to my sweepstake.  Only the Wimbledon fan has gone for a Wimbledon win.  (The 4 neutrals went for 3 Town wins and a draw.)  We'll see.
