Paolo Di Canio's interview can't be broadcast because it has so many expletives in.

Wants 4-5 new players in January or he'll resign. He also said that Bogus Dave needs to have a strong word with himself.

Steady lad.

Well I predicted a defeat so have to be happy with a point!

Shame we couldn't hold on though. I checked the score as I was walking back home to see we were 1-0 up with 5 to go, whilst Southend, Shrewsbury and Burton were losing. It was a great moment. Shame it went to pot when I refreshed the page...

I missed that, I heard the word "resign" but I didn't hear the context Smiley Sounds like he had a bit of anglo-saxon in the interview Smiley

What a disappoint to concede so near the end but to be honest we were under pressure for the last 15 mins or so.  The free kick from which the equaliser came was a good challenge, crap refereeing.  Too many weak links in the team today Gabilondo, Cibbochi, Magera.  Jervis did nothing when he came on, but strange decision to take off Kerrouche when Magera was the poorer of the two.

Don't understand why Di Canio upset the balance of the team so near the end by bringing Risser on either.  It was him getting in Ferry's way that led to the free kick they equalised from.  Gabilondo missed a sitter to make it 2-0 and we should have had a penalty as well - blatant handball off the line.  We missed Ritchie today and we also looked more knackered at the end than normal.

Tinpot shithole of a ground, it's fucking freezing and now our coach has been stopped because there's some disorder outside the ground.

Cheers...good point to add to the band wagon.

think you've been wooooooshed there

I hoped that my overuse of the letter 'o' in the word 'no' suggested that I was playing...

The statement remains regardless  Smiley

Oh ok.

Sorry but he's had a shit load of players this season. We have a budget and a wage cap. I'm sorry, I don't support him on that IF he was serious.

Agreed on that, he's been backed to the hilt by the board and he has absolutely no right to complain about it.

I think Morgan and Longden are going a bit OTT over Di Canio's 'threat' to resign if he's not able to get 4 new players.

FFS...it's just after the game's finished, emotions are running high Di Canio's Italian so he's going to be even more emotional....come on. It's heat of the moment stuff and not necessarily a bad thing.

Even in jest I don't like the phrase "I'll resign" after a 1-1 draw.

Exactly right. Yes, Di Canio has done well but at the same time the Board have been outstanding in their support for him. He won't get better support anywhere else.

I am sure he will realise this in the cold light of day.

One of these days he will have one of these outbursts and that will really be it. I don't believe that time is now though.

Heat of the moment Ralph.

I'm sure of that.
