Where does this Mig and Risser comparison come from, they aren't similar players in the slightest. Risser likes a tackle for a start. Pisses me off how we are going great guns and some people still want to single individuals out. Thought we would of stopped all that shit after last season !

So does Risser start the next game at the expense of Jonathan Smith?

I'd much rather see Smith there instead personally...

Smith has done more to deserve the start than Risser in my eyes.

Nice to have options though.

For me Smith over Risser.....no doubt about it,but when Risser plays he will get my full backing if he puts the shift in.
Scored two crackers and got an assist for the equaliser on Saturday so he hasn't been that bad....not great but not that bad.

But yes i would expect Smith to start on Saturday........but dont bet on it Hmmm Cheesy

Both (spectacular) goal scoring midfielders, christ I've not said that since Alan Mac played for us... got to be a good sign!

Smith must feel unfortunate to have lost his starting place but we are getting results with the way Paolo is shuffling the team about. It could be that Ferry has played so well in the last couple of games because Risser tends to sit deeper which allows him more of a free roll.

Not convinced Risser got the flick on, and if he did it would technically mean Flint was offside. I thought it was the defender. Not that it really matters...

I'd have Smith back in because he's played well lately. That's not to say Risser won't come good though.

I would also start with Smith but Paolo does seem more than happy with Risser starting of late and seems to give him plenty of opportunities . Will be even more interesting to see who we start up front with ?

looked like Risser did get the flick on and that Flint was Actually off side, if you look at Risser's reaction after it went in it would suggest he did get a touch on it. Some say Kerrouche looked off side too ?

Alan Mac does play for us and what a centre half he's turning out to be  Cheesy

Smith over Risser anyday for me...Jonny Smith is the signing of the season so far for me and so far the 30k we paid for him looks a bargain!
