Just got back and I just can't believe at half time we were in so much control and it turned on a lucky cross which went in. I hate blaming the Ref but this game was ridiculous, how he didn't give a penalty is frankly incredible Kerrouche was just pushed off the ball before he could shoot. That last freekick was completely the wrong decision the Hereford player was backing into Magera and pulling his shirt down. Still very annoyed, Hereford were poor. It is strange why Flint isn't playing

I did my best...
- We didn't play a good game
- In the first half I told the players I didn't like the atmosphere around them, we were too quiet
- We should have won anyway, especially after getting the third goal
- We shouldn't have given free kicks away like we did
- The players are very down, which should be a good signal as it shows we think we're better than this
- We didn't take chances and Hereford deserved to take something out of the game
- At the end of the first half I wasn't happy because the tempo wasn't high, we weren't winning rebounds, we weren't nasty enough to win the second ball
- Even early in the second half there were 5 or 6 players who deserved to come off
- Talked about Jervis being young a lot. He did well Tuesday but today wasn't good enough off the ball (not that he didn't work hard)
- 1st goal was a bit of a fluke. No challenge for the 2nd. Defender (Jervis) in the wrong place (for the cross?) for the 3rd
- We need to defend higher and man-to-man, instead of dropping deep when we're under pressure
- We have to learn a lot from today - it's a step back for our mission
- They played better than us and deserved their point
- Simon Ferry did well in the middle but as a team you have to realise you didn't play well when it ends 3-3 with a team second from bottom
I'm bored now.
