Havant and Waterlooville in Conference South.

He'll be partnering Lee Peacock up front with Sammy Igoe on the right wing!

Yet another ex Town player at Havant following the likes of Gurney, Howe, Griffin et al

Bit of a downward spiral. I'm surprised he couldn't find a League 2 club, with his "champions league experience".

Great move for Pericard to get that level of football. I thought he would end up playing for the Nags Head on a Sunday.

oh piss off. VP will tear up that division. not even a joke. as long as he doesn't flounce around, he's an adequate league 2 striker.

Yet to prove it at any level.

Good luck to him though.

Pericard's signing is currently on the BBC Football homepage, down on the right where they put the slight irreverent stuff, titled, "Blue Square Bet South side sign former Juventus striker".

Lots of funny chin icons, but the facts are he wasn't terrible in a fucking terrible side, obviously lost  confidence after being exposed to our marvelous fans, and rebuilding from that.

19 goals since his career started in 1999-2000 says it all.

To put it into perspective Matt Heywood scored 12 in his career.

What about all the other clubs he's been fucking useless for?

Fans fault as well?

I don't think he was as bad as most people make out, plus he was decent at Carlisle. He never stood a chance with the form Austin and Paynter were in and once the fans got on his back that was that. Still think he could have done a job for us this season though.
