What total BS. Pakistan cricket now needs to be suspended, and hopefully the ICC wil have the balls to do it, and get rid of people like Ijaz Butt out of the PCB.

I understand South Africa are having second thoughts about playing Pakistan next month in UAE.

I see the Pakistan Three have been banned by the ICC for 5 years each, a few days after they were told they were being charged...of course, that's only if they turn up next month at a police station in London.

What's the odds they won't ?

Asif and Butt both found guilty, the latter on more serious charges.

Could be a serious jail term, which if passed would be pretty momentous in terms of Sports corruption.

Hopefully Butt and Asif will get a nice long jail term. I still cannot believe that they, nor some Pakistanis, think they are innocent. It's nice to hear that Amir has held his hands up and admitted his guilt.

Corruption isn't uncommon in Pakistani officialdom*. Its kind of part of the accepted culture. So I guess many aren't so bothered as they are use to it.

* according to my ex boss of Pakistani origin.

Did you pay him to say that?
