The Anelka documentary is surprisingly good on netflix.

I've started this. I'm only at the Real Madrid stage, you forget he was only 20 when he was signed by Madrid and has really struggled with the press and constant intrusion of being a superstar at a young age.

Do you think the glasses he wears in the talking parts have any lenses in them?

Ha ha. I always thought he was billy big bollocks and yes he is. The way he was treated at the world cup though was shocking.

Just finished Messiah. Really enjoyed it. Bit thought provoking on how people would react to a second coming.

Is he for real or a con man?

Glad they shelved a second series. Finished very nicely.

As the wife is not particularly well we have had a week of whimsy and re watched Mortimer and Whitehouse Gone Fishing.

Lovely, makes me want to pick up a rod again after 30+ years.

Good girls on Netflix is excellent. The Mrs put it on and I got into it pretty quickly. Definitely worth a look.
Enjoying the spurs docu on Amazon too. Can't binge it though so that sucks.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+  are all under a tenner a month and if you're into some classics as well plenty of original content, then they all cover it in varying ways. Plus you can pick and choose what you watch, your own library of movies, series and docs.

Plus if you're going away or travelling and won't be getting wifi or want to hammer data, then you can download a load of stuff beforehand and watch them "offline". I've found it great when on flights that don't have wifi and don't really fancy watching a poorly dubbed version of A Few Good Men  Cheesy Of course the flying thing is a bit moot for many atm but it's just one of those things that help, even as back up if your tinters went down.

Cheers bamboo so are you only tied for a month at a time that's how you're able to choose between them all and maybe swap them around throughout the year?
