Awesome film. I remember it being awesome, about four hours long, and the first scene in a snowy shack bar lasting about an hour alone.

Totally agree, quality film although the 1st hour seems to drag it helps you understand the characters better.

The only other film I can think of where the music makes as perfect a backdrop is The Godfather.

Great program on BBC4 last night retracing the career of the Rap group Public Enemy.

Still together today it has been a rocky ride but like them or not it was a great program.
