My top 10 british comedy:

Only Fools & horses
Gavin & Stacy
Fawlty Towers
The inbetweeners
The office
Extras
peep show
the royle family
one foot in the grave
thin blue line

Others i enjoyed over the year's:

Father ted
vic of dibley
bird's of a feather  Embarrassed
2point4children
brittas empire
goodnight sweetheart
men behaving badly
blackadder
red dwarf

I noticed "Life's too short" starts next thursday which looks interesting

Also loving An idiot abroad @ the moment, Karl is a legend, although he seems a tad scripted these day's compared to his earlier on xfm.

We just got a mention on the Stoke match on ESPN. Commentator stated that x number of years ago Stoke were playing Swindon in the 3rd tier of English football.

He then kind of backtracked and said that there was nothing intrisically wrong with Swindon, or indeed the County Ground.

Don't take it the wrong way - its nice to know that some people in TV remember us being in the third tier...

Anybody caught any of Dynamo, Magician Impossible ??

I'm not really into magic but have caught a bit of this recently and thought he was pretty impressive. Kind of a David Blaine from Bradford and not such a leon.

He was mentioned favourably a fair few times when his series was on a few months ago. I keep missing it though.

I've begun to quite enjoy The Big Bang theory.

Best comedy of the past twenty years goes to Gavin & Stacey though.  It really is wonderful.

Big Bag Theory is much better. New series starts tonight on E4 at 8.

Its the mobile phone in a bottle that gets me. Some people on line reckon its all camera trickery, can't see it myself.

And the one where he goes through the glass, got to be some sort of camera trick, but then the people there are always shocked as well, unless that is all set up too, which seems very unlickly.

My thinking exactly. Have you seen the one where he catches cigar smoke in his hand and makes it go through a coaster into a glass? Even with some sort of trickery its quite amazing.
