Only just got round to watching it, but did anyone else watch The Casual Vacancy, seems to be one of a new genre of TV programmes that looks very nice and quite an interesting story at the start and going through but when you get the end it just has no point, no obvious ending and just seems lacking in structure!

Similarly I watched the first 3 episodes of series 2 of Broadchurch and it was frankly ludicrous and so far fetched it was becoming insulting!

Does it get any better or shall I not bother!

Yeah I thought the same but stuck with it - the actual trial and reveal is ok

The causal vacancy was exactly how you describe it horlock, imo.

Broadchurch was good but a bit of a let down on the first series. It continues more or less the same all the way through.
I found it too predictable

Finished watching Utopia and loved it, such a shame I then read it had been cancelled. Fook.

Today's 'Better Call Saul' - about Mike's backstory - really took the series up a few notches in my estimation.

It started really weakly but has gradually got a lot better.

Having never seen it before I've just finished Peep Show, horrible and great in equal measure.

Just begun Community which looks promising

Season 6 of community starts on Sony TV (Sky 157) on Wednesday at 10pm..

Watched the first episode of The Returned last night. Thought it was pretty good start.

Netflix seem to be getting a lot of good stuff at the moment, not enough time to watch it all.

Saw part of the Glenn Hoddle documentary last night on Sky, with around 5 mins on his stay at Swindon.

They borrowed excerpts from the 'That's Football' documentary and there was an interview with Micky Hazard, also.
