Kevin Bond leaves Southend.
Not a major shock after 6 defeats in their first 6 games this season.

He didn't last long there at all, only appointed in April, 8 losses in 12 league games and only 2 wins is pretty dire TBH.

Hes not suited to football management.

Javi Gracia leaves Watford.
To be replaced by the bloke they sacked after one season in 2016. Don't get your fingers caught in that revolving door Flores.

Watford have been pretty open about the fact they hire a Coach rather than Manager in the sense we know it, and as such are happy with a constant turnover of people in that role.  Once it looks like it is failing they replace the man at the top of the coaching tree.

The season Watford made it to the Prem, they had 5 coaches.... it isn't meant to be that way.

Massive step up in quality from Lincoln to Huddersfield, far too big a jump IMO for a tacticless management team that rely on bullying teams, I hope they fail, I fucking hate the Cowleys.

Jones from Luton to Stoke appears to prove the jump is, indeed, high.

Lincoln fans were way too confident that the Cowley's wouls stay until the 'the project' was over.

Naive.

Even if they stay this'll probably put them on the back foot.

I actually quite like the Cowleys after what they did at my 'non-league team' Braintree in miraculously getting them to within 1 game of getting into the Football League - if they'd made it they would have made the likes of Macclesfield, Crawley, Morecambe etc look positively 'big time'.

Went off them a little when they went to Lincoln I must admit but it will be very interesting to see what they do at Udders and indeed how Lincoln will fair without them.

Sounds like Lincoln fans (or some of them at least) need a serious reality check  Doh
