Past his sell by date, overrated and living off achievements from a decade or two ago.

They may of course employ somebody worse, but they don't change him then nothing changes.

I dunno, whilst in the league they’ve been miles off for years - I’d say winning 3 out of the last 4 FA Cups isn’t a bad achievement all things considered, I mean 3 trophies is the equivalent to Spurs trophy hall of the last 30 years...

Hes done well in the FA Cup, I'll give him that. But he's gone backwards in terms of the now more important ( Sad )  league/champions league.

If you are a fan paying top £ then you want to be seen to be competing in those.

Football has changed a lot since Arsenal left Highbury financially though. I do have some sympathy

I certainly agree with what you’ve said with regards to the Premier League and Champions League. However, I still think 3 FA Cups is nothing to turn your nose up at.

You could argue Spurs and Liverpool have made positive progress in the Premier League and Champions League. Over the last 10 years all either team have to show for it is a League Cup each.

My take on his reign, particularly the post Highbury era is that he was held back financially while the owners paid off the debt for the Emirates. He always made out he had money st spend but IMHO he didn’t. That’s why Chelsea, Man U and Citeh are ahead of the game.

MKD sack Dan Micciche.

Their downfall has been worse than ours given that they made The Championship (with Dele Alli).

At least that's one thing we can rejoice in. Hopefully AFC stay up.

Blokes a prat, believed his own hype too much, thought he was too big for Wales. Gary Speed laid the groundwork anyhow

Wouldn't fancy that job, they are miles behind Celtic, 5-0 down as it stands today. He would need a lot of money to start bridging the gap

Liverpool and Celtic are best buds too. That wouldn't be very 'Liverpool FC' of Steven Gerrard.

Its a bad move and Gerrard could slip up.

Kevin Davies gone from Southport (and yes I know I'm the only one who cares about this):
