It's basic stuff really like Flitters probably had watched Gordon and Elsnik play for Ram's kids team, when he was doing his Leicester stint, noted they looked decent so could sign them.

They played against us pre season at St Georges Park

They're a mess off the pitch, probably only Blackpool have a bigger rift between club owners and fans

He is indeed, must be concerned that his job is not safe after the takeover happens, no other reason for taking a backwards step.

7 different managers have been made favourite for the Oxford job since it became available, 6 of them have been odds on at some point.
The only people more clueless than the bookies with regards to the Oxford job are Oxford themselves.

Complete shambles down the A420. Now 8 weeks with no manager and sinking faster than the Titanic.

Their new Thai owner appears a proper cockwomble on a vanity project.

I’m convinced he’s actually agent Flashheart incognito.

I see their new owners right hand man was frontman for the Shinawtras when they took over Man City. That will end well then

The Shinawatras are corrupt to the core. Their associates should be treated very carefully.
