Sunderland will probably go down and then run away with League One next season.

I would be nice to be back in League 1 next year and give Sunderland a warm Wiltshire welcome. Maybe they should get Dennis ('I have always been a lucky man' after stealing our 1990 promotion) Smith back as the last manager to get them out of the 3rd tier!

The merry-go-round has really been busy, with Pardew to WBA and Allardyce to Everton.

Birmingham fan at work just told me they sacked Steve Coterill...
...then re-instated him because they can't afford the compo!

On the same day that they release David Cotterill? Perhaps a rumour that’s gone out of control?

Yeah, it's hard to imagine a team in 9th wanting to sack their manager..

Carlos Carvalhal's gone now, too.  That must have been one hell of a game at Hillsborough yesterday!  Smiley

In football terms he'd been there a while, and it seems ages ago that Cooper was supposed to be going there, with Carvalhal as his DoF.  Relatively speaking CC has done better than MC.

How did he get the gig at Swansea - surely that is a huge risk for them
