Confirmed by YEP which is close to club

And to make it all better

This has to be fall-out from the takeover failure - Enterprise Insurance's managing director is one of the guys behind the consortium that failed to complete and he and a couple of others have been putting money into Leeds over recent months to fund players etc. So this smacks of tit-for-tat - not looking good for Leeds at all.

If you mean Cellino, he's a twice convicted fraudster who makes Ken Bates look stable and humble by comparison. God help them.

Wilson never gave us fans much recognition and he was too slow changing things when a formation or player wasn't working. There  Cheesy

Looks like it is - apparently he's already in and calling the shots, and it was him who decided to sack McDermott. Besieged in Elland Rd by fans last night and needed a police escort to get his taxi out, according to Lids fans on twitter. Be interesting to see if he passes the League's Fit and Proper Persons Test, then we really will know it's worthless.

Sooner or later the penny will drop...and the FA & FL will institute club ownership controls like they have in Germany.

As for the Prem - well, they can do what they want.  I lost my interest in the Greed League years ago.

Have to agree with you there Ardiles. Can't remember the last prem game I watched live and I don't bother with match of the day anymore. Only reason I check scores is for my fantasy league.

That said I might go to the pub and watch man city v Chelsea on Monday night.

I really hope Cellino's English is good enough that this is a deliberate double entendre Smiley

Its being reported that Cellino will pass the owners & directors test as his convictions are older than 10 years so are classed as spent - however much we dislike leeds you still wouldnt want this man owning your club

Interestingly enough Shaun Harvey who was Ken Bates' bag man all those years at Leeds when Bates denied knowing who owned leeds is now chair at the FL - only really made the connection the other day - ahh for a bit of transparency
