Lads, let it go. He has been gone almost a year now.

Life goes on. No need to be bitter and look back.

All of our previous managers come in for a bit of stick. Saying that I don't read too many bad things about Wilson,  always seemed a nice bloke to me.

Wilson never gave us fans much recognition and he was too slow changing things when a formation or player wasn't working. There  Cheesy

I've got nothing but praise for Paul Sturrock, ok the football wasn't the prettiest but he got the results we needed at the time, and pretty much had to run the club himself, as our boardroom was a basket case for much of his time here.

Wilson did alright here though, generally. Kept us up, then got us to the playoffs, it was only late 2010 things really started to go downhill.. He also resigned when things really went pear shaped, which is quite admirable in my eyes. My only pet hate with Danny Wilson is that we never had a plan B.

Wilson for me is still the great enigma, can't understand how such an experienced manager could produce such a shit team, from such an, at least semi decent position.

Club havent tho

I know their latest takeover has fallen thru but to sack your manager on deadline day leaves the new man in the shit somewhat
