True to the merry-go-round theme I see the bookies have McCarthy as 2nd favourite for the Leeds job now.

Leeds seem to be taking forever to pick their new manager, perhaps once interviewed they are being put off by Bates.

Leeds?

My thoughts exactly. Just hope if it's true, they don't come in for Paolo.

Lee Clark has apparently left Huddersfield.

Must have another job lined up, even though they got beat last night they are still in 4th and looking comfortable for the play offs at least.

Gotta be Lidls or Wolves lined up.

EDIT.

Scratch that it does look like he has been sacked as stated above, wierd one, must have either applied for another job or had a fall out with the board.

Dunno, he's seemed on borrowed time for a while in my opinion. He's got an incredible team of players, one that even Maurice Malpas would win the league with. There's only so long you can let a manager sign endless quality players and only make the playoffs (and fail).

Go have a cold shower to wash the slightest thought of that out of your head Barry!

Personally I have never rated Clark as a manager always seemed a bit arrogant and not a man manager, a bit like Mick McCarthy.

I first read that as wash your mouth out, and and am now disappointed. Reason being, it meant I could have used the cunning reply I used to use at Sunday school (and primary school) for being told they'll wash my mouth out with soap and water: So what, I like the taste of soap.
