Are they reporting it as an 'exclusive' as the other 20 odd media outlets seem to be doing.

Assume the definition of exclusive is no longer taught in Journalism degrees?
To be fair they were reporting it first

Really? I'd have thought he'd have wanted a bigger job than that.

Who would want that job - they are a basket case, you would guess once Bruce get's sacked it will be another of the poor manager group that will get the gig

He'd probably fancy his chances at Wet Spam, if only Moyes wasn't doing such a decent good job. Could see him waiting a bit and then taking that once the Hammers don't reach the final of the Champions League by the end of the season...aka, deluded. So funtime Frankie for the West Ham job but in the Summer.

Wasn't Benitez there before?

Also on the original point - Wasn't Benitez at Chelsea before and then annoyed that he was only 'Interim' and not given the job after doing quite well?

If only Wellens had waited instead of going to Salford....

Nahh PV, he's waiting for the "Yoo-nye-todd" job clearly...

Wouldn't be surprised if Luke Garrard gets that job given Wimbledon's preference in appointing former players of Wimbledon/AFC Wimbledon.

Early favourite for the job and many Town fans have expressed that they would like him to come to us too.

He has got unfancied Boreham Wood into a solid mid table side in the National but doesn't seem to be able to advance them now. Watched 3 of their games early last season and wasn't impressed with their style, but now we have Sheridan so over all Garrard won that one.
