Surprised Neville lasted as long as he did.
Was never going to go well was it ?

I've always viewed him and his brother like the kids who would tell teacher on others, would top all the classes and would go home to do their homework rather than climb trees and have fun.

So they've been successful by going the extra mile to work hard at their game? The bastards!

Er, well yeah. Not that I'd dispute and ridicule their professionalism at all. That wasn't what I was getting at.

Why does doing sort of OK at Derby seem to have become a stepping stone to the Premier League, first McClaren and now this...

Cooper's blaming personnel again then. To be fair, it's probably not 'his' team, but there does seem to be a pattern emerging.

Swindon Town link aside, it's wonderfully awkward.

Nothing is ever his fault is it. Could never warm to him when he was our boss, happy to take the credit for everything but as soon as it went wrong just goes on the defensive and blames everyone else. He obviously lost the dressing room here and you can see that happening at County sooner rather than later.

Apparently he said something to the players like 'you got the last two managers sacked, I ain't going to be the third' or similar.

I've listened to it and it's pretty much word-for-word what he said.

Quite a few Notts County fans have fully embraced the interview.

In news that must come as a surprise to pretty much no-one, following their cup defeat to Rangers, Celtic will be parting company with Deila at the end of the season
