Pulis set to be named boss at WBA according to the BBC, Sherwood looked over yet again for the job.

Probably he wants to bring the whole backroom team with hime, whilst at West Brom, they have a set up where the 'head coach' comes and goes but the backroom staff stays.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sherwood ends up at Newcastle, especially if he takes ex-Newcastle player Les Ferdinand with him.

Neil Adams (who?), gone from Norwich. Lets hope <insert new bloke here> doesn't get any ideas about recalling Thompson - I think he can in Jan can't he?

Presumably, if they get a couple of results then Phelan will take the job....failing that Sherwood has Norwich links.

Hes been walking a tightrope for a few weeks apparently but chose to fall on his sword.

Not sure if Louis is allowed to be recalled on a season loan, don't know the rules exactly. Hopefully the new manager (Sherwood Wink ) won't take him back.

It appears he can't be recalled, unless we structured the loan as a "until January the Nth" with the hope/promise of extending it.

Quote
Long Term Loan Transfers shall be for a full Playing Season; or from any date prior to 31st
August to any date between 1st and 31st January; or from any date between 1st and 31st
January (the January transfer window) to the end of the Playing Season.

A Player on Long Term Loan may not be recalled, except for a goalkeeper....

Poor ol' Neil Adams gets a bit of stick. Played the majority of his career in the top two tiers with 100+ top flight appearances.

Louis Thompson and Harry Toffolo will be locked-down until the summer regardless of managerial changes.

Sherwood at Norwich would be dreamy for Lee Power. They got a very good Academy too, soooo...

Time running out for Ferguson, Cooper wouldn't go back?

Why would Cooper even consider going back to working with MacUnthony?

But isn't Tofolo on a youth loan so he can be recalled at anytime, I assume Louis is an normal loan
