Dont know why some are getting annoyed about the merlin being Oxford only? Let's be honest it's going to be full of them either way so why would you want to drink there anyway? I wasn't planning on it. It'll have to be the CGH or the Legends with possibly a cheeky few in Town beforehand.

The Merlin has always been an away pub Ralph. I think a few have already pointed that out. Sure they let home fans in but how often do you drink there when the likes of Leeds, Rovers or Saints are in Town? It's so packed and annoying I never bother. It would be a disaster to have both sets of fans for this game drinking in there. Just my opinion though. It's common sense the way I see it. We have the CGH they have The Merlin. Simple. |
