Sometimes it can be an extremely simple solution, like removing any USB devices (mouse, keyboard, Usb Pen Etc.)

A bios flash that goes tits up is usually the end of the pc

Unfortunately i believe  theres no way round this apart from getting a new chip replaced in your motherboard.

Hopefully you've got your computer under warranty

Give your computer or mtherboard manufacturer a call

End of the motherboard, unless the bios chip is removable and can be replaced.

Was the floppy drive you used an IDE one or USB? Without any BIOS there's no chance the PC will recognise a USB device.

New motherboard can be had for £30, quite a cheap DIY repair other tans
