Taste takes time to acquire - like a mature cheese (Cantona, 1993)
You're still at yoghurt stage yourself.

This is the water. And this is the well. Drink full and descend. The horse is the white of the eyes and dark within.

Not a massive fan of metal but these two sum up my brief flirtation with it in the early 90's

I have mentioned these on the gigs thread before - they are playing in Devizes tonight - just £6 on the door - 9 other bands on as well as part of Devizes Festival.
saw them on scuzz and was impressed and then read in kerrang that they've been nominated for one of their annual awards. good to see a swindon band going well even if they're not everyones cup of tea

This is one of the best threads for a long, long time
Bring Me The Horizon - One of the better modern Metalcore bands around at the moment. Amazing live
And love 'em or hate 'em, Slipknot are still by far and away one of the finest Metal bands

A most excellent thread. Here's who I'll be seeing in 3 weeks time.
Don't get me started on Slipknot - fucking love them. Thinking of getting Gray 2 on the back of one of my shirts before I go. R.I.P Paul

I might go do it today... My friend has seen them before and said they're awesome.
3rd time seeing Metallica, 4th Slayer, 6th Slipknot.
Not to mention a fucking ton of bands I've yet to see.
