Did we ever find out what Paul Hart's favourite cheese is? Was there even an attempt to find out?

In a 90 minute conversation I had with Hart, he insisted that his favourite cheese was a special round of goats cheese with three walnuts on top. He showed me a piece and when I looked, it looked like it only had one walnut on it, but he insisted that there were three and that I should look harder. After about an hour, he admitted that the piece he had brought to show me had been squashed in his bag on the way over, so maybe it wasn't a great example to show me. That said, he didn't change it for another bit of cheese until about 85 minutes into our chat, but by then it was too late.
