Bit of a hero is Minter. Not just for the games (partial to llamatron myself, also tempest 2000 but only emulated - not buying a jaguar for one game). Bit of a pionneer of all the trippy light visualisation stuff too.

He had a cameo in the interactive black mirror episode a few years back.

Prolific games writer, I regularly used to write items for the magazine ZZAP64, now that brings back memories.

I used buy ZZAP64 as a young lad.  Great magazine.

Yeah I saw him in that, did a double take as he looked familiar but not until the credits did I see it was him.

Some fantastic emulators out there for PC and Android to relive those old game memories.

There are still a few sites out there that have old copies of this digitzed, it was indeed a great magazine.

My picture is in several of the issues and no not the hand drawn images an actual photo, I lost my copies when I left my ex wife, she burnt them all and none have so far been scanned and replicated online, but I will send you the link if I find them.

I look like a young version of me with hair, not much to be seen!

All of mine were randomly spread between May 85 and Feb 87 but unfortunately the scans are no longer avaialble here.

There was also Amtix for those who were less fortunate and had to make do with an Amstrad.

Bump.

I forgot about this, so it was nice for Epic to send me a reminder.

It will be interesting to see how the Football Manager games integrate Covid into them.
