Fallout 4 is bloody good, as expected.

I'm loving it so far, but with a voiced player character and seriously simplified skill/perk system I am wondering about replay value/role-playing.

As far as I can tell there isn't really an alternate way of doing things. No sneaking past the raiders in the museum for example. It's all big guns and power armour which is a shame.

The crafting is awesome, hope the modders get loads more assets in there though. I want to build a nice looking town. thinking more Tenpenny Towers than Megaton.

Ditto.

However, I loved Fallout: New Vegas.

I've not been playing AC3 for that long, but I love the fact I'm super slow and new games come out quicker than I can complete old ones. (I started it from the start a few years back.)

Love the Assassins Creed series, but as I can see it's now moving towards guns I'm afraid I'll enjoy it less. Nothing is more satisfying in that game than huge combo kills with a dagger or sword.

Agreed...

I'm much the same when it comes to games, too!

Was hoping for more than that!

I'll be (hopefully) getting this in the next couple of weeks, for some triple screen goodness Tongue

Its back on sale on Steam for £9.89. Elite: Dangerous that is.

it is indeedy, got it over the weekend, got a Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X joystick from the missus for Christmas at the same time, ha!

The scale of the game is truly bewildering. Only played for an hour or so in Solo mode and I've been pulled out of hyperspace by pirates twice, managed to destroy the first pirate for a small reward, then got blown up by the second fella. Grrrr.

Biggest tip at the start would be to head for a resource extraction site and follow the police around. Let them do the grunt work and wait for the pirate to go down to 10% hull then open up on them. If you can do this for an Anaconda that's 150k credits

Just seen the F1 game is on the PSN store for £20 today, half tempted at that price.

Reversing with a fuck off trailer is unbelievably satisfying.
