I've not found it yet either. It sometimes takes a while for a crack to be created after release.

It does but its been on the market for 3 months now, might not be one coming....we can hope there is though.

3 months? Oh, that's not sounding promising then. Some games just don't get cracked at all.

That means I might actually have to pay for it, the tight bastards.  Wink

Yeah thats my thoughts too! I wish there was a full feature shortened time demo so I could see if I actually like playing it!

I have read several reviews that rate it very very highly but £40 is a bit steep for any PC game.

Is anyone on here playing Elite:Dangerous?

Used to play Elite back in the 80's, but wondering if £40 is a bit steep for it, unless the game play has been completely overhauled.

I have it and love it, but its a bit bare bones at the moment. It has amazing potential but feels a bit empty at the minute, I'm surprised many little features from Elite 2 aren't even in this yet.

My advice would be to watch some steams of people playing and see what you think - http://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Elite:%20Dangerous

Or this Latvian fella does some good youtube stuff - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_8QbBLzUa9ceFNvEAuO7iw/videos

Elite is good but it's not a full game yet. It's more of a rolling beta, a bit like Kerbal Space Program (speaking of which I've been spending some time on the career mode of 0.9 recently and am enjoying it even if it is tremendously frsutrating).

I'm waiting for it to either come down in price or actually become a full game before I buy it, butit looks like just my kind of thing. And the graphics are fooking beautiful. Been playing the old Freelancer games and Tachyon: The Fringe again recently to get rid of the craving.

These pc games that are being mentioned,  are they reliant on an Internet/broadband connection?

Elite: Dangerous? Yes. It deeply annoys me, especially as it's supposed to be a single player game as well. Any game which requires you to be online to play single player pisses me off.

I'm playing through the Brothers in Arms trilogy in my breaks atm. The chapters happily fit nicely into 20-ish minute slots. Clever games them.

So yeah, I'm pretty obsessed with Cities Skylines. This game is a huge time sink.

Absolutely loving Far Cry 4 on the PC, been playing it constantly for 2 weeks, graphically superb and with good gameplay (as long as you put it on any setting above easy).

Got this today. It looks excellent but it's buggy as fuck. Mine crashes after I complete the prologue and after looking online I see that a lot of other people have the same problem, as well as a load of other problems.

I just started modding Skyrim again and oh boy some of those visual mods do not like playing together.

On the other hand I have got it just as I like it now and it is FOOKING BEAUTIFUL.
